What we collect. Only what a form asks for. For a scoping note: name, email, what you need the store to do, and optionally your main blocker, the project stage and anything you write about your situation. For a project enquiry: name, email, project type, budget range, timeline, and optionally company, phone and a brief. We also store the page the form was sent from, your IP address and your browser user-agent string, to catch automated abuse.

A note on what you tell us about your store. Describe your setup in ordinary terms. Please do not send us API keys, admin credentials, customer records or order exports — we do not need them to answer you, and we are not set up to hold them.

Why. To reply to you. Nothing more.

What we never do. We never publish what you send us, never list it anywhere, and never sell or pass it on.

Analytics and cookies. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your theme preference is stored in your browser’s local storage and never leaves the device.

How long we keep it. Submissions are kept for as long as the enquiry is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted.

Your rights. Write to us to see a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We act on deletion requests within 30 days.

Third parties. Our hosting provider processes the request data needed to serve pages. If a form notification is routed to an internal chat tool, the fields you submitted pass through that provider.
